The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead and drive business growth amidst evolving market dynamics.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Collective's strategic direction and leading our sales team to new heights of success.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, in collaboration with our Senior Leadership Team.

Drive growth across event and venue revenue streams by identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and client satisfaction.
Cultivate and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Contribute to the development of the marketing plan, aligning sales efforts with broader business objectives, including digital marketing strategies and our culinary traditions.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record of success in B2 B sales, preferably within the hospitality, catering, or events industry.
Proven talent for closing deals, with a sales background ideally from hospitality, catering or events. Your jam is business growth, innovation, new and interesting opportunities. Your colleagues tell us you love the thrill of closing deals and winning. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower our team to achieve our ambitious goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.

Deep industry knowledge and a network of industry contacts would be preferable, with a knack for forging mutually beneficial partnerships.

A problem-solver with a passion for driving innovation and seizing new opportunities.
