**Your new role**

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Office Admin professional to support our experienced team.

Key tasks:

- Generating customer invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Processing any necessary credits
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues to field representatives and other team members
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Stationary management
- Proactive support to other functions
- Provide backup for incoming phone calls.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
