**Your new company**

We are working with a well-known, highly regarded business in central Wellington who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team for the next 6 months with the opportunity to go permanent.

**Your new role**

The Office Administrator will work closely with the Executive Assistant to provide high level administration support to the Leadership Team and Support Office Managers.. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Manage travel and accommodation requirements for Leadership team and other employees as required
- Processing invoices and staff expenses
- Order office supplies for the kitchens, drinks and staff functions
- Collating and circulating training material
- Coordinate meetings, conferences and technology to support these events

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Administrative experience,
- Good Microsoft 365 skills
- The ability to adapt to new systems and ways of working
- A proactive approach
- Good communication skills
