Chemist Warehouse New Zealand is going through growth and transformation. Over the past 7 years we have grown from a single Pharmacy in Auckland to becoming on of Aotearoa's most trusted Community Pharmacy Groups. Today, the group has 2 Distribution Centre's & 53 Pharmacies in New Zealand and we are still growing and expanding. This growth has also effected our support office team located in Grey Lynn, Auckland, with more opportunities becoming available. One such opportunity has become available

We are now looking for our next Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our Chemist Warehouse New Zealand team.

**About this role**:
As our new Receptionist & Office Administrator reporting to the Office Manager you will be play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our reception & office environment and ensure our clients and employees have a positive experience every time, they interact with us. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role where you can showcase your warm and friendly persona coupled with your exceptional organisational prowess and interpersonal skills In this role you will undertake a range of tasks across customer services, administration, office/events coordination, and facilities management.

**Key Requirements of this role include**:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients and employees with warm professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with general inquiries and providing relevant information about our business and our products/services in a timely manner
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, as well as managing deliveries and couriers.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the reception area and common office spaces.
- Overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborating with various departments to support their administrative needs.
- Managing office-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as they arise
