Regional Sales Director – Data Protection & Risk Mitigation
East Coast, US | Remote
A fast-growing cybersecurity startup in the data protection and risk mitigation space is looking for a Regional Sales Director to drive new business across the East Coast. This is a pure hunter role, ideal for a sales leader with a proven track record of landing new logos at early-stage cybersecurity startups.

What You'll Do
  1. Identify & Close – Prospect, engage, and win new enterprise and mid-market customers.
  2. Drive Revenue – Own the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
  3. Develop a Territory – Build and execute a strategic sales plan for the East Coast region.
  4. Engage Stakeholders – Sell to security, risk, and compliance leaders, positioning the company's solutions effectively.
What's Needed
  1. 5+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, with a focus on data protection & risk mitigation.
  2. Early-stage startup experience – comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  3. Pure hunter mindset – relentless in driving new business and securing logos.
  4. Strong network in the cybersecurity space, especially on the East Coast.
