Kaupapa I Purpose


We have multiple workplaces within our rohe across Waikato, Te Moana-a-Toi I Bay of Plenty, TeMatau-a-Māui I Hawkes Bay and Tairawhiti I Gisborne, this position can be based at any one of our Te Pūkenga locations in this rohe.

The Regional People and Culture Coordinator (Recruitment) will report to the Regional People and Culture Manager and will be responsible to:

  • Hold responsibility for end-to-end regional recruitment coordination and administration (including reporting and document preparation and control).
  • Coordinate and administer recruitment activities in a timely and efficient manner including (but not limited to) job postings, interviews, recruitment systems, projects, events, travel and logistics management.
To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, or Business Administration,or the equivalent knowledge gained through experience
  • Experience working in a people,culture and wellbeing team providing recruitment administrationand coordination, ideally in a large or complex organisation
