The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a confident Senior HR Advisor to join their team.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner with the business to support and advise them on the whole array of HR.

This includes working with the leadership team and Directors providing both operational and strategic HR support.

The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for coaching and mentoring managers, providing generalist advice and support surrounding complex ER/IR queries, and managing disciplinaries.

You will also identify opportunities for improvement and appropriate HR tools and techniques to ensure that managers have access to high quality HR resources.


About you
Alongside your depth of generalist HR experience, you will have:

  • Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative approach
  • The ability to hold your own when working with stakeholders
  • Solid ER expertise and be comfortable dealing with complex issues
  • Experience working in Unionised environments
