About the role

We need a real team player who is personable and proactive to join our Wellington team As a Team Coordinator you will support Partners, senior leaders and team members to drive efficiency and provide amazing service to clients.

We are a down to earth, fun team - not your normal accounting firm We exist to make our client's lives easier and welcome a confident go getter to join us.

We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development and believe that this enables us to provide quality client service.


Your previous Team Coordinator or administrative experience will ensure that you have an eye for detail and never miss a beat.

Experience in professional services with multiple people to coordinate would be advantageous.

You will thrive in a team environment ensuring all the pieces from client reports to team events come together, making improvements as you go.


You will work with a wider support team but have the autonomy and opportunity to take ownership of your role.


Your responsibilities will include:
- supporting 5 local partners and the wider team

  • Lead the month end invoicing process
- meeting management, agenda setting and actions
- manage diaries for partners (keep their busy lives in control)
- document and database management (CRM) and filing responsibilities; client proposals, packs and communications
- supporting one-off projects
- book flights & accommodation
- assisting to organise team and client events

About You

  • Previous coordination or admin experience
  • A focus on self motivated problem solving
  • A proactive thinker who uses your initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong experience using systems and MS Office suite and teams
  • Superb organisation and time management
  • Strong relationship focus with a professional approach to dealing with a variety of people
