The value of the Project Coordinator role to support Programme and Project Leads to plan and deliver fit for purpose projects that achieve the right balance between time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and benefits.


The Project Coordinator will provide support on all aspects of project and programme delivery including monitoring, reporting, compliance, financials, procurement, risks and issues and scheduling.

Project Coordinators are the oil that helps a programme or project run smoothly.

They are the reliable right hand of Project and Programme Managers in delivering some of our most significant pieces of work.

You will be part of a team of Project and Programme Coordinators across the Transformation and Change team - a tightknit practice of over 100 project professionals.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate projects to comply with internal policy and process in line with project objectives and benefits.
  • Provide coordination and support for production of timely monthly and ad hoc project, programme and governance reporting.
  • Support Programme and Project Managers in delivery of projects ensuring adherence to time, quality, cost and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Champion use of the inhouse reporting tool, Sentient.
  • Support the coordination practice and mentor junior coordinators
