The Chief Financial Officer is a member of the senior executive team and is a key advisor to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.

Leading the Finance and IT functions for the group, the role provides strategic support to the business.

Below is a broad overview of the role:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, the role will lead and develop the team of 5 direct reports across finance and IT functions
  • Through effective management of the finance function, will deliver comprehensive, accurate and timely reporting, analysis and commercial advice that improves the financial performance of the business.
  • Challenge all areas of the business, partnering with and influencing operations to further develop data driven, commercial decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Contribute to Group strategy supporting the GM ensuring investments and operations meet the financial framework
  • Managing group cashflow and Foreign Currency coverage and policy
  • Managing the budgets for the group and reporting on performance
  • Statutory compliance for the group; Company Secretarial obligations
  • Information Technology in conjunction with the IT Manager focus on the strategic and operational management of all IT systems, ensuring strong and effective working relationships and collaboration between IT and the business.
  • Support the GM and the Board on company structures, equity and investment matters
  • Process and system improvement challenge operational procedures and recommend changes.
  • Support the business with adhoc analysis on a range of projects
  • Overseeing all commercial contracts in conjunction with the GM
  • Responsible for overseeing all company administration
Naturally you will be a Qualified Accountant with experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic business.

The CFO will maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, displaying a positive attitude and a team focus - someone that is comfortable to roll up their sleeves and get into the nitty-gritty when it is needed.


Significant experience in governance, company secretarial and regulatory matters alongside advising senior executives and Board members on all commercial and financial matters, as well as providing critical business advice is essential experience.
