National Car Parts (NCP) is a well-known supplier of used and new car parts for the NZ and overseas market. We are a family-run professional business operating for the past 12 years with two branches based in East Tamaki and Wiri.

We are on the lookout for an **Office Manager** to join our friendly team to operate at, and oversee both branch locations. This is a full time permanent role.
- Knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures.
- Ability to manage daily operation including file management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate records including but not limited to payroll.
- Strong interpersonal and service skills.
- A self-starter can-do attitude.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- 3 years’ work experience in a similar office coordinator / administrator / HR position
- A relevant qualification at bachelors level, but this is not mandatory.

**Your duties will include**:

- Oversea officer manager functions across the East Tamaki and Wiri offices.
- Contribute to strategic planning and review of office services, establishing priorities and standards to enhance overall efficiency.
- Allocate human resources, space, and equipment effectively to meet operational needs.
- Assign tasks to staff and monitor their performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Manage records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all office documentation.
- Liaise with professionals to coordinate office business activities and facilitate problem resolution.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies to support uninterrupted workflow.
- Uphold compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for all staff.
- Ensure adherence to relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with lease assignments and financial documentation.
- Assist in reporting and recording workplace incidents, injuries and illnesses;
- Carry out staff induction/orientation
