We are looking for a highly organised, people focused, detail orientated individual to join our Organisational Capability team as a People and Capability Coordinator based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office.

This is a permanent position to replace our Coordinator who has moved into a new role as our Organisational Capability Adviser.

Mō te tūranga | About the role
This is a busy and varied role that is crucial to the success of our Organisational Capability team.

Using your strong organisation skills, you will successfully coordinate our learning and development programmes including maintaining our learning management system, liaising with our providers and ensuring our people know what learning and development is available.

You will also have a strong interest in digital communications as we need someone to keep our intranet pages fresh and create engaging communications for our varied initiatives.

In addition, you will support our leadership development and diversity, inclusion and wellbeing work.
