The Opportunity |
Te kōwhiringa**In this role, you'll be involved in a range of tasks relating to the development of Training Needs Analyses, organising the deployment and coordination of a team of Workplace Trainer/Assessors, coordinate the Workplace Training Community of Practice, support Trainees and apprenticeship administration and contribute to the enhancement of training resources.

Important Skills | Nga pūkenga matua

  • Working knowledge of learning/training within an organisation.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Sound administration skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience working in a geographical dispersed team
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and a cando attitude is essential Proven successful track record in administration/project management role, preferably in tertiary education sector.
