About the role


This newly created generalist position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join this great team of people working alongside 130 passionate and committed researchers, engineers and professionals.


Reporting through to the General Manager, People and Capability, the role will proactively collaborate with the business to improve, develop and implement People and Capability initiatives and processes that align with the BRANZ strategy.

This role will engage directly with BRANZ leadership to coach and grow capabilities and implement new people initiatives to make BRANZ an even greater place to work.

This is an exciting time to join BRANZ with new world class laboratories opening in 2024 together with a new strategy and workforce initiatives to reach our 2030 ambitions.


The role will be a trusted partner and adviser to the organisation and your collaborative style and strong relationship building skills will be key to your success.
