This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.

The remuneration range for this role is $62,554 to $88,312 (including KiwiSaver) and is set depending on skills and experience.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become our new People and Capability Coordinator within our motivated, collaborative, and supportive team.

You may be a recent HR graduate ready to kick start your career or you may bring your wealth of administrative experience from previous roles, to deliver high quality HR administrative services and support across the people and capability function.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding routine enquiries.

You'll be able to continue your development as an HR professional as you work within the team to support the team and work on initiatives that support our workplace and cultural aspirations.

To be successful in this role you will bring the following:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proven writing skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • A willingness to learn, adapt and have an eye for detail
  • The ability to quickly pick up new technology and systems
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • The willingness to learn and use basic te reo Māori
  • Reliability, integrity, and confidentiality in administering systems and handling employee information
