Your Role

As our National Sales and Marketing Manager and a key player on our Executive Leadership team, you'll be at the forefront of driving initiatives to achieve ongoing business targets and goals. Your primary responsibilities will include setting budgets, developing and implementing national sales strategies, and ensuring the continuous achievement of company targets. You will create and execute strategic projects that drive innovation and solve our customers' problems. Leading, inspiring, and mentoring a team of regional sales managers and reps will be central to your role, fostering a positive and results-driven team culture. You'll use data and analytics to enhance customer loyalty and value, while developing strong relationships with existing and new customers, monitoring sales performance, and providing actionable insights.

Additionally, you will oversee external and internal marketing efforts. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, and promoting our brand both within the company and to the wider market.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven history of driving team success and exceeding targets.
  • At least 5 years of experience in national or regional sales management.
  • A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and strategic decision-making.
  • Excitement about successfully setting and achieving growth targets year after year.
  • Experience with developing marketing campaigns and brand promotion.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
