The Role
The objective of the National Account Manager is to develop and implement the retail sales strategies in the channel to achieve the annual revenue, trade spend and expense budgets for Integria Healthcare. This will be achieved by management and support of allocated accounts and nominated new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Account relationships within the Grocery (WWNZ), Health & Ecommerce channels to ensure optimal business results.
  • Conduct category and business reviews and new line presentations in accordance with Account category review schedules.
  • Development of customer strategies and business plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Deliver incremental revenue and gross margin growth in existing and new customers via targeted distribution strategy.
  • Ensure implementation of strategies for promotions, pricing, ranging, placement, and product display across all accounts.
  • Prepare and complete Account forecasts in a timely manner, in accordance with forecast targets.
About You
  • Degree qualifications in Business or Marketing.
  • 3 – 5 years successful Account Management experience across Grocery channels (preferably WWNZ) in FMCG sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
