This is a permanent full-time position and will be based at our National Support Office in Eden Terrace, Auckland.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of expense claims.
  • Monitoring and updating invoices on branch spreadsheet, clearing any invoices that are ready to be processed.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Process invoices with PO's in a timely manner.
  • Responding to queries and issues from suppliers, branch staff and other relating to supplier invoices and to follow up where necessary to ensure all issues or queries are resolved.
  • Be able to handle high volumes of invoice processing.
  • Reconciliation of statements with PDF and Excel versions (Simple excel formulas).

About you:

Skills and experience required:

  • Suitable for a recent graduate or someone with experience in accounts payable.
  • Experienced in data entry.
  • Good communication skills and problemsolving ability.
  • Be able to manage time effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
