**The Company**

My client is a New Zealand owned company with projects and sites across Australasia. The business has been operating for over 80 years and is continuing to see growth. The Business Support Administrator will be based at the Manukau office and will start as a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

**The Role**

This is an administration role with accounting duties will be directly reporting into the Cost Controller working closely with the wider team. In this role your responsibilities will include the following:

- Ordering and keeping office consumables full
- Meeting room management
- Documentation control - Archiving files and maintaining data integrity
- Raising purchase orders
- Running and updating reports
- General ad hoc tasks as requested

**Skills & Experience**

To be considered for this role we are looking for a switched on administrator who ideally has experience in Accounts Payable. You will be well versed in administration tasks and take pride in running a smooth office.
- Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Self-starter that can show initiative
- Experience working in an administrative role
- System savvy with ability to learn new systems
