We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our fantastic Auckland Trucks & Machinery team.

**What you will do**:

- Booking goods for Auction;
- Monitoring stock & vendor account management;
- Completing NZTA paperwork & entering information into the system;
- Collating spreadsheets & reports;
- Completing costings and ensuring charges are correct;
- Organise transport of various goods into yards nationwide

This role will involve collating and managing our nationwide salvage insurance stock. This will involve monitoring stock nationwide and ensuring all assets are ready for sale including motivating our staff around the country to get things written up in time and making sure everything is ready for the auction.

This is a Monday to Friday role with the expectation to work half a day every 8th Saturday.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous administration experience with some basic accounts knowledge preferably in an sales environment;
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines;
- Process driven with high attention to details;
- Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills;
- A real team player who is happy to help out where required;
- Previous dispatch experience would be a benefit but is not essential.
