We are looking for an Accounts administrator with high energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment for an immediate start.
**Our client**:
Our client comprises of a diverse and global team, consisting of extensively trained engineers and technical manufacturing experts. Presently, their team boasts over 3,000 dedicated individuals, spread across more than 80 locations in over 35 countries. Their network includes manufacturing plants, research and development centres, as well as local service and engineering teams.
**The role**:
In this position you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for facilitating all accounts administration related functions to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Accounts payable - checking invoices before sending to clients and updating status
- Weekly payroll for 30 employees - MicrOpay
- Supporting Finance Manager with financial audits when required
- Purchasing PPE, Supplies, packaging etc for the factory and warehouse where required
- Conducting health and safety audits, updating files and first aid kits
- Arranging training for all factory and warehouse employee’s where required
- Proven experience in the accounting functions listed in the above duties
- Impeccable attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
- Confident using Microsoft Suite and an understanding of MicrOpay would be an advantage
