About the role
Our client is looking for a professional and efficient Complaints Advisor to join their small and supportive team.


This is a busy role responsible for managing feedback and complaints processes for complainants and other parties to ensure that complaints are rapidly resolved.

You will be the first point of contact for complainants and general enquiries, and also assisting in the investigative process of complaints management by gathering information, preparing high quality correspondence, entering and maintaining sensitive information.


About you

  • A high level of judgement and initiative
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively juggle lots of moving parts
  • A high level of efficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to stay calm and composed when under pressure, while still delivering output
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable writing memos
  • A team player but also comfortable working independently
  • A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Understanding of Excel and Power BI is advantageous
