**About the Organisation**:
Our client is a regulatory body that oversees the registration and conduct of health professionals within the country. It establishes and maintains standards for education and practice, ensuring practitioners meet the necessary qualifications. This oganisation is also responsible for investigating complaints and conducting disciplinary processes when required. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in providing ethical guidance to ensure high standards of professional behaviour. The regulatory body collaborates with various stakeholders in the healthcare system, develops and updates policies, and encourages ongoing professional development amongst its practitioners.

**About the role**:
**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Input into communications strategy and implementation
- Manage Social Media accounts, including content creation, publishing, and monitoring for effectiveness
- Drafting internal announcements, intranet content, and style guides in line with their branding and direction
- Drafting press releases, scheduling in media interviews and events, and maintaining internal and external databases.

**About You**:

- Maintain awareness of the internal and external environments, proactively identifying potential PR risks.
- Confidence to help senior members with the development and implementation of comms plans
- Skilled at maintaining social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and providing input on it’s effectiveness
