What's the job?
We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our Auckland Water Team based in East Tamaki.

You will be working as part of our Administration Team, supporting each other and our wider operational team, to deliver on time every time.


Some duties include:

  • Processing client job requests from entry through to completion
  • Preparation and processing of purchase orders
  • Utilize Citycare in house and other software systems
  • Liaising with client call center for processing job requests and queries
  • Working closely with our supervisors, field staff, subcontractors and clients for job dispatch and monitoring

Skills & Experience
Your idea of fun is multi-tasking and you are comfortable working through a high volume of tasks.

Some of the main skills you need are:

  • 23 years previous Administration experience
  • Microsoft Office (in particular intermediate with Excel and Word)
  • A team player with great work ethic and organizational skills
  • NZQA or similar administration qualification
