**Roles**:

Team Administrator | Full time | 6-12 months
- Supporting and assisting a team of professionals.
- Updating and maintaining accurate Health and Safety reporting.
- Assisting with payroll and recruitment processes.
Loan Set Administrator | Full time | 3 months with possibility to extend
- Managing the movement of medical devices through branches.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of medical equipment.
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in inventory reporting
**Skills Required**:
- Strong computer aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
