Star Hospitality is a very recent merger of Joylab and Kapura, two extraordinary communities of top-notch bars, pubs and restaurants dotted across the country.

We've all been hard at work for over 15 years creating great businesses and now we've decided we're just better being together.

This role is responsible for driving sales into our establishments, assisting Managers to maximise volume and revenue, ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently, with the highest level of consumer satisfaction.


You'll be:

  • Developing, implementing and growing strategies, sales plans, and key accounts
  • Driving sales toward marketing events and promotions
  • Client/Manager liaison, from client point of contact, to overseeing all event requirements, to follow up re sucssess, with a view to continuous improvement
  • Annual planning and regular reporting on sales activity
  • A brand champion familiarise clients with offering/ sites, attend key network events, promote our establishments and offerings
We're after a personable, enthusiastic and efficient Sales professional, with exceptional customer service standards, and experience in a similar role/industry
