**About the role**:
As a Senior Sales Manager (Banking Solutions), you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small
- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests. **This position can be remote work within New Zealand however you will be required to travel within NZ to meet with clients, some international travel may be required.**
- ** This is a key role as part of the A/NZ Banking Solutions sales team, reporting into the Head of Sales based in Sydney.**
- ** A/NZ Banking Solutions is a team of high-performing and experienced sales managers with many new wins of large-scale contracts.**
- ** We have a strong and experienced presales team providing the support remotely and onsite to enable the building of this success.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.
- Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
- Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

**What you bring**
- 10+ years experience in Sales
- Strong experience selling to Financial Services Industry
- Strong experience selling software or solutions.
- Strong experience in either Core banking or Payment's solution preferred.
- Experience in successful sales and complex deals/contract negotiations with Major New Zealand banks preferred.
