We are on the lookout for an Imports Supply Coordinator on a **one year fixed-term **contract **who has relevant Supply Planning experience to join our Supply Chain team based at our Albany Support Centre. This fantastic role, within a high performing, supportive team, will see you take responsibility for the efficient and cost-effective supply of product, utilising best practice processes to supply plan, purchase, and import a portfolio of directly imported products.

**Reporting to the **Supply Planning Manager, you will be involved in**:

- Planning and Purchasing of finished goods items from overseas suppliers
- Seasonal indent purchasing
- Monitoring the Importation, receipting and order processing processes
- Costing incoming new and existing product
- Working closely with suppliers, our broader Supply Chain team, Merchandise Category Managers and freight forwarders
- Administration and maintenance of supplier, article and shipping data in SAP and LIMA

This role requires at least 3-5 years relevant experience in finished goods (or possibly raw material) Supply Planning, overseas purchasing, shipping and importing, quoting and costing products distributing within a retail network and a familiarity with planning against a demand forecast that is set by our Demand Planning team. A strong background in international freight exposure would also be favorable and previous exposure to SAP would be highly regarded, particularly MRP.

To be successful you will need to be extremely accurate, have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, a proven ability to work autonomously under pressure and to meet deadlines through your excellent prioritisation skills.
