**About the opportunity**:
Our Milwaukee brand is taking off and we are growing our team as a result. One of our newly created positions is a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the supply chain planning activities for the NZ business. The role delivers demand and supply balancing activities Customer to liaising with physical logistics and is a key enabler of efficiencies and synergies across the ANZ business.

**The key responsibilities of this role are**:

- Demand Control function for the NZ business.
- Balancing Demand to supply in the execution and tactical horizons
- Communicating gaps to plan into the S&OP process
- Managing internal and external communications
- Priority management for Inbound
- Coordinate the S&OE process for the NZ business
- Coordinate E&O reduction plans
- Liaise with Supply Planning team on Network balancing
- Coordinate the portfolio management process, providing key outputs for decision making
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the supply chain engagement process and overall supply chain process

**About you**:

- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
- Previous experience in Customer Engagement, Demand or Supply planning disciplines in Tier 1 or 2 companies
- Previous experience in the Demand control process in an S&OP or IBP environment
- 3 years plus proficiency in ERP system platforms
- Demonstrated excellent customer focus
- Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve supply chain planning outcomes
- Product portfolio administration experience advantageous.
- Experience in External and Internal collaboration
- Demonstrated strong influencing communication
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, excel mandatory).
- Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask will be expected.
- Logistic including Importing experience an advantage.
