**About **the opportunity**
Following an internal promotion, we're looking for a **Category Coordinator **to join our Imported Produce team. This role works across sites in Wiri and Mt Wellington, with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Imports Category Specialists to grow supply and sales of imported products
- Create and maintain orders, quotes, pricing and product information in SAP
- Process payments, reconcile accounts and check invoices
- Ensure MPI and Customs requirements are met and any issues resolved with the Quality team
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Once you're up and running, there will also be opportunity to manage your own small portfolio of imported product lines, so this is a great opportunity if you're interested in a career in sales, procurement or category management.
**About **you**
- Confident user of SAP
- Experience in a data entry, administration, sales support or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail, super organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fresh produce / fresh food supply chains would be an advantage
