**About the Role**:
Reporting to the **National Inventory Manager**, we are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills that is keen to kickstart or grow their career in Supply Chain. This role will require some flexibility in terms of location as it will be based across all 3 of our Auckland sites across the week - Ellerslie, Wiri and Otahuhu, with opportunities to also work from home. The primary purpose of this position is to support the supply chain’s adherence to processes and to coordinate the team’s management of policies, knowledge, and data.

This role supports the broader NZ Supply Chain team in the administration of central supply chain activities, including stakeholder communication, adherence to H&S and Quality requirements, as well as oversight of spend on transport contractors.

**Key accountabilities of this position include**:

- Coordination of central supply chain activities
- Administration of transport contract registers and support for documentation of contract management process
- Coordination of communications to transport contractors and other stakeholders, overseeing central communication portals and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Support for reconciliation of transport provider payments and coordination of new customer onboarding
- Completion of day-to-day inventory management tasks and other tasks when required to support wider team**.**

**About You**:
We are looking for someone independent who will own their work, through having strong organizational and communication skills, as well as having the ability to liaise with a range of key stakeholders.
- A person with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative/coordinator/office-based role.
- Self-organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience with SAP would be highly regarded.
- Education/degree in supply chain is preferred but not required to be successful in this role.
- Strong digital capability & ability to adapt to new technologies is essential.
