**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Inventory Management**: Develop and implement purchasing and distribution strategies to optimize efficiency, maintain optimal stock levels, and minimize excess inventory costs.
- **Supplier Negotiations & Relations**: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of health supplements, primarily to Korea, secondarily to Japan and the USA, while coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers for effective logistics operations.
- **Record Keeping & Compliance**: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure compliance with import regulations, health supplement standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- **Warehouse Operations**: Manage daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of health supplements, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- **Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration**: Direct staff activities, provide training, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on supply requirements and logistics.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to inquiries and address delivery-related concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
l At least five years working experience in relevant filed including business administration, logistic, retail or/and so on.

l Understanding supply chain would be beneficial.

l Strong negotiation and communication skills.

l Proficiency in inventory management software and record-keeping systems.

l Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team effectively.
