We are on the lookout for two **Imports Supply Coordinator's **to join our Imports team based at our Albany Support Centre. This fantastic role, within a high performing, supportive team, will see you take responsibility for the efficient and cost-effective supply of product, utilising best practice processes to purchase, import and distribute a portfolio of directly imported products.

**Reporting to the Imports Supply Manager, you will be involved in**:

- Costing incoming new and existing product
- Forecasting demand and purchasing
- Seasonal indent purchasing
- Importation, receipting and order processing
- Working closely with suppliers, category managers and freight forwarders
- Administration and maintenance of supplier, article and shipping data in SAP.

This is an intermediate role that requires at least 2-3 years relevant experience in quoting and costing products, overseas purchasing, shipping and importing, distributing within a retail network and a familiarity with demand forecasting. A strong background in international freight exposure would also be favourable and previous exposure to SAP would be highly regarded, particularly MRP.

To be successful you will need to be extremely accurate, have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, a proven ability to work autonomously under pressure and to meet deadlines through your excellent prioritisation skills.
