**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are enthusiastic, articulate and all about delivering a quality customer experience. As the first point of contact, our Customer Service Representatives go-all-out to ensure that our consumers feel nothing less than supported when they humm with us - because let’s be honest, first impression count

We have a number of permanent full-time and contract roles available due to growth and internal movements. You'll be working 8 hours per day on rotating roster between the call centre core business hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm (9.00pm Thursday and Friday late nights), 7 days a week.
**What are we looking for?**

Here are some of our must haves
- A solid experience in providing quality customer service experiences
- Experienced with Microsoft office suite and computer based customer databases
- Ability to multi task, problem solve and assist
- Active listening skills as well as able to support customers with self service
- Experience in adhering to a rotational roster with scheduled breaks, with the ability to work weekends and late nights
