You will be joining our team working between the Pakuranga and Howick Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.

You will find that no day is the same

You will also assist with delivering exceptional service to our customers and visitors supporting with the delivery of a variety of exciting programmes for children and adults, helping the Centre maintain a caring, fun and safe fitness and leisure environment, providing assistance to Centre management with administration and operational duties; and supporting with Centre recreational activities.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
