**Customer Service Representative**

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll spend a lot of time on your feet keeping shelves stocked, serving customers, serving delicious coffees and food, running the till, and keeping the store clean and tidy - because you know it’s the little details that add up to a great customer experience.
- Effective communication skills with a competency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service.
- An ability to undertake cleaning activities, replenish and move stock and serve customers at the point of sale.
- Confidence to execute in-store promotions.
- Attention to detail, the ability to work in accordance with safe work practices and operational procedures, as well as a level-head to carry out emergency activities if required.
- Must be able to work in any of the three locations with flexible working hours, including public holidays, night shifts and weekends as required.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean criminal record.
- Must have access to reliable transport to ensure that you can work the required hours and locations in this role.
- No qualification needed.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Must be physically fit as this role requires lifting.
- A real team player who is keen to wear our brand with pride.
- The salary is $23.00 per hour.
- The minimum guaranteed hours of work (32 hours).
- The number of positions available is 9.

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
