We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.
**In this dynamic role you will**:

- Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner
- Manage undeliverable freight and damaged freight queries
- Move freight through site - heavy lifiting (up to 25kg)
- Completing general administrative duties
- Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and services
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position)
- A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
- Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Comfort using new systems and processes
- Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
