Work in a supportive team within the medical industry as a customer service representative Start ASAP, based in Auckland, and training provided

We are looking for an inquisitive Customer Service Representative who has experience dealing with customers - either face to face or over the phone. You’ll be resilient, confident, and a great listener
This company works within the medical industry on a range of different projects. You will be communicating with their customers educating/screening these individuals in relation to their involvement in these projects. You will be a confident speaker and will show empathy in asking customers questions relating to sensitive topics while working within a range of systems.
Your duties will include:

- Updating databases and customer information
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments

To be successful in this role you need:

- Previous experience in customer service/administration, this can be any customer facing role including retail or call centre
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills

This is a two-month temporary assignment in
