As our successful Customer Service Representative, you will be joining our small and talented team and your day to day will involve regular telephone and face to face interaction with both existing and potential customers, proactively responding to inbound calls with high level of professionalism and offering solution-based support. Also, providing customers with quotes, processing orders, and providing support to our Sales Reps. This position plays a pivotal part in our organisation and as such you will need to;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in providing a customer service experience that is second to none
- Assist the BDM who is on the road, with outbound calls and following up leads
- Price jobs and discuss issues with customers, whilst effectively building relationships
- Execute administration tasks as required in a tidy and accurate manner
- Have the ability to pick up and understand technical information, as you will be dealing with a wide range of questions relating to varied product offers
- Have excellent attention to detail and prioritising skills
- To succeed in this role you will be:

- Experience in Steel beneficial, otherwise, experience in a commercial/manufacturing environment
- Customer-focused and confident influencing and building relationships at all levels
- Computer savvy with good time management skills
- Be a team player, bubbly, have a positive outlook and ready to grow a career
- The ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
- Confidence in your ability and show initiative
