**The Opportunity**

Looking for a key account role within an energetic and hardworking team? With a talent for building and influencing relationships and the commercial acumen and business planning to succeed, this role will see you managing the relationship with one of our key customers: Foodstuffs North Island

This role reports through to the Head of Grocery in our wider Better Drinks Company commercial function. The successful applicant will take the lead in the development of short and long-term strategies and relationships focusing on delivering profit, volume and share targets. While the focus is set, your days are anything but, seeing you take on everything from forecasting, to analysing trends, promotional planning & reviews, identifying key insights and opportunities for mutual growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Owning and developing a close relationship with the Foodstuffs account, ensuring all opportunities are identified and maximised
- Develop business plans, in consultation with the wider team (NA, RSM’s, Marketing), that delivers financial objectives and is in accordance with overall channel strategy
- Meet with customers to present activity and new products, review performance, provide category insights and develop category plans, negotiate ranging and trading terms, gain competitor insight and explore opportunities.
- Negotiating plans, managing trade spend and developing effective promotional plans to deliver budgets
- Develop & implement Joint Business Plans, Forecasting and Promotional Planning.
- Partnering closely with the field sales team to ensure all activities and opportunities are activated with excellence

**About You**
- Key Account Management experience will have you ready to hit the ground running
- FMCG and grocery experience highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and the ability to sell new concepts to drive brand and category growth
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a commercial focus
- Impeccable time management abilities, high attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Revenue Management experience desirable
- Proactive Team-player excited to join a tight-knit and energetic team
