**Responsibilities**:

- Owing to this success we are growing fast and have a newly created role for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive within our highly experienced ANZ Sales team. Reporting to the AVP of Sales, you will play a critical role, developing new business as well as nurturing an existing portfolio of accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key personnel at all levels will be critical to ensure revenue generation and customer satisfaction;
- To succeed in the role, you will have the ability to adapt to each type of conversation, whether it is strategic and high-level, or detailed and technical the end result will be the development compelling offerings that meet the clients and OSF’s business objectives both pre
- and post-sale. Equally you will be tasked with developing and growing OSF’s business into new or dormant accounts and lines of business in their assigned territory.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:

- 5 years+ local experience working in a B2B business, ideally in a sales related role with enterprise-sized clients;
- Strong knowledge of common relevant IT technologies and process such as Marketing Automation, CRM, ERP, Integration, Ecommerce tools etc;
- Previous experience and evidence of achieving personal targets and revenue and margin goals and managing a portfolio of diverse accounts;
- Excellent negotiation skills, strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills;
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business;
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness;
- An ability to deal with ambiguity and adopt a flexible approach;
- Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.

**Highly Desirable**:

- A background in CRM, Ecommerce, or digital marketing and/or knowledge of the Salesforce Core, Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and /or Salesforce Commerce Cloud;
- Experience working in or with professional services and/or managed services businesses;
- Established NZ network in the Enterprise or Salesforce ecosystem.
