**Your new role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide professional service to all customers and stakeholders including website support and supporting online service to trainees and assessors
- Respond to customer and trainee queries in a professional manner across all communication channels including support in the way of outbound calling to follow up with trainees
- Maintain customer records and files
- Provide general office administration services as required
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services and systems
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet agreed timeframes
- Confidence to be able to handle complex enquiries from customers
- Ability to say calm under pressure and be able to multi-task
- Proven excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
**What you'll get in return**
- Immediate start
- $28phr + 8% holiday pay
