Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who has experience in Order Management. This role requires someone who can work at pace, with strong attention to detail and a "can do" attitude. In return, you will work in a very supportive, values-based workplace. This this a **Monday - Friday** role is 100% office based; however, this company is very flexible with starting hours; some staff start early and finish at 4:30pm. **Your duties will include**: - End to end order management - Answering queries and providing quotes - Data entry - Processing orders, credits and returns **To be successful in this role you need**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in customer service/administration - Competent in Microsoft suite - Sharp attention to detail and high level of accuracy Emergent Limited specialises in providing experienced and skilled temporary and permanent staff to a wide variety of businesses.
