Our Opportunity
We are looking for a super-star Customer Care Representative to join our fabulous Customer Experience team for a fixed-term of 6 months in Auckland. If you have a passion for food and are committed to providing the best customer service, read on

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is a great communicator and detail-focused with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and proactive communication.
- FMCG or supply chain/logistics/distribution environment experience desirable
- Can demonstrate an ability to delighting customers
- Has proven problem solving and decision-making capability
- Is not afraid to take ownership of customer enquiries/issues
- Has previous experience in sales or related environment or, previous experience in a call center
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to effectively manage your time, work independently with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Has excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, ability to work on different systems.
- A can-do positive attitude and be part of a driven and successful team.

What will you do?
- Place outbound calls for sales and follow up
- Use solution based selling techniques to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to meet required targets
- Identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience and create efficiencies within the department
- Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas eta on deliveries, invoice queries, credit queries and proof of deliveries.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints through to resolution
