Customer Service Representative

Part time role Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
- Based in either Manukau or Albany
- Gain valuable customer service experience

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that are passionate about providing a first-rate customer experience. This role requires someone who has exceptional communication skills and is great at conversing with a wide range of customers. You’ll strive to provide customers with a resolution and a positive experience.

In return you’ll be working in a friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth team with fantastic leaders. You will be given full training and will have ongoing assistance and support.

With two office locations, there are vacancies in both
**Manukau** &
**Albany** with great office facilities. This is a part time opportunity, working Monday to Friday
**4:00pm to 8:00pm o**n a temporary 2-month contract (with a possible extension). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a corporate environment with a leading business.

**Your duties will include**:

- Talking with customers via inbound calls
- Helping customers with digital services like logging into apps or resetting passwords
- Managing customer information within privacy legislation and internal policies
- Validating information

**To be successful in this role you need**:

- Experience in customer service/administration, this can be in any customer facing role
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- Lots of patience
- Be comfortable using technology and using different systems.
