**Abou**t the opportunity**

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our transport team based in Mt Wellington. This position is Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.

In this role you will provide customer service and data administration support to the wider Transport team. Specifically, the receipt, processing and dispatching of product according to relevant SOP’s while adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a key focus on providing a high level of customer service to all our customers.

Key responsibilities include;
- Customer service and sales support
- Data entry and administration
- Dispatch support
- Heath and safety

**About you**

Alongside having great communication skills, you will also possess the following skills, attributes and experiences:

- Previous experience and a good understanding of the transport industry
- Proven customer service and administration experience
- Great problem solving and analytical skills
- A good level of computer skills, knowledge of SAP desirable (but we can teach you this)
- Able to build effective relationships
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Positive and motivated and can lead by example
