**_What you will bring to the role:_**
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
- Sound local & national geographical knowledge
- Reliable, with strong time management skills
- Representing the company in a professional consultative manner in all dealing with customers by providing solutions to customer enquiries.
- Monitoring, managing, and implementing operational performance standards consistent with client expectations, company targets and commercial service expectations.
- you don't mind jumping in and helping as we're practical sort of people in Transport and Freight industry.

This is a fulltime permanent role based in Westney Road - Auckland. The shifts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with normal work hours between 8:30am and 5pm.
