Some of our team have been promoted, so it’s time to find our new Customer Service champions. We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our busy and supportive Customer Services team at our purpose-built, state of art Head Office, based in East Tamaki.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers to answer questions and resolve issues.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be supported by a Team Supervisors and dedicated Trainer. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in the role. You may not have worked in a contact centre before - but you know how to provide great customer service.

- Contact centre experience or proven customer services skills and a desire to progress their career
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Genuine passion for delivering quality service to our customers and team-mates
- Experience in problem resolving and the confidence to make decisions
- A positive and professional approach
- Demonstrated self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time management skills
- Be able to work independently, and as part of a team and cope well with pressure
