**About the job**:
We’re looking for an Entry Level Finance Administrator to join our team in Christchurch.
This is a part-time position, working the following hours & days:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- 9:30am to 2:30pm
- Flexibility to work additional hours may be required from time to time.
**The role involves**:
- Supporting timely supplier invoice payment processing and timesheet accuracy.
- Supporting out-of-contract and project invoicing, WIP, and debtor management.
- Assist with monthly reporting and supplier statement reconciliation.
- Working closely with a variety of suppliers, internal teams, and external clients.
**What you’ll need**:
The below skills and experience are desirable, but as this is an entry level role, we are happy to consider all levels of experience - if you want to get into financial administration, this role is for you
- At least NCEA Level 1.
- Strong IT and computing skills.
- Experience with processing claims at month end.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Great communication skills for internal and external liaison.
- Confidence using systems (e.g. Pronto or similar ERP tools desirable).
