**Finance Administrator - Citycare Water, Christchurch**

**What's the job?**

Our Christchurch Water Team are looking for a Finance Administrator to support the team as they work to take our organisation to the next level. This job exists to effectively, efficiently and pro-actively undertake finance administration functions as required to support Citycare Water.

You will responsible for;
- General financial administration, including Purchase order management, Timesheet support for managers, stock processing, revenue reviews and claims, invoicing, debtor and WIP management
- Using our in-house financial and job logging software to support business activities

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy particularly with MS Office Suite
- Some financial administration or 1-2 years clerical experience, preferably involving a mix of AP, AR, Payroll, GL and other clerical work;
- High degree of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients & internal customers.
- Proactive attitude - seeking to support others wherever possible
